Hey all , just purchased a jeepster, need all the help I can get! Thinking it's a 69?
8705f1755770 id?? Bout down to frame , any suggestions on mods after sandblast and before powder coat ?? Not looking to build a monster but decent lift, 33-35 tires , I'm an open book on suggestions for suspension, driveline, power plant and tranny. Thanks for any input.

 

Pictures please?? I'm in the process of rebuilding a 71' Commando and also have it down to the frame. I am in the same boat and trying to go mostly original, I think...

 

Welcome from nearby Tulsa, Oklahoma! I think your best bet is just dig through the forums here to see what people have done. You commando has a lot in common with the early AND intermediate CJs. You might also checkout Ewillys.com for ideas.
