Replaced timing set, oil pump gears, distributor, water pump, and fuel pump, but still have clatter from front end

I have replaced the distributor with a new HEI, the timing set, the water pump, the fuel pump and the oil pump gears. But, I still have this clatter coming from the front. When I replaced the timing set, I made sure the spring loaded button was installed. Could it be worn out front cam bearings? I have good consistent compression and good oil pressure. When I listen with a stethoscope, the noice is most prominent on the distributor shaft. Any ideas are appreciated!

another elimination is to put of the belts of the steering and alternator.
