      John,

I hadn't seen this message until now. I have been out of the country a lot the past few months. Yeah, my kid is bound for Ft. Benning for OUST next MAy, although he's drilling with his unit already. They have him slotted for Abn school some time next year, but he doesn't graduate until May of 2011 (he's just a junior in HS). You didn't pull an Elk tag this year? That's a major bummer I'll bet. I'll check out your facebook page. I have one but it's lame. I set it up primarily to check in on my nieces and nephews while they're in college. I haven't started on the steering swap yet, whe I do I'll have to PM you to get some pointers. I believe that I will have to swap out my steering column (ross set up) for one from the '70's?

      Hi Ranger,
I wes 82nd Airborne. I am guessing your son is getting one of the new 18-X contracts,,,sweet, he should do well at the "Benning School for Wayward Boys".

Thanks for the complements, I am self taught and learning as I go when it comes to fabrication.

Sadly, the wife and I did not get our elk licenses this year, but are going out for bear ans fall turkey.

      Take care,
      John
