What gear ratios were offered in 1967 with the dauntless v6 and three speed transmission?

I'm pretty sure that was the other way around. With the debut of the T90C, the standard F head gears were 4.27 and the 5.38's were the option. But back to the point, yes, with the 225 3.73 was standard and the 4.88's optional. The 4.88's work REALLY well with the 225 and an overdrive.

That makes sense to me, I just pulled that straight from the FAQ. Maybe that needs to be updated.

    Oldtime probably knows for sure!

For the 4cyl I'm pretty confident the 4.27s were standard with the t-90c keeping the 1st initial gear to the ground the same as a t-90 A/J but getting the 3rd up for the increased highway speeds.

What they said on the v6

I don't believe the T90 was offered stock behind the 225. Either the T86 (early) or the T14. Both should be 3.73 or 4.88.

Right, the service standard on all CJ’s was 5.38 with no options until November 1962. (1963 model year)
Then 4.27 became the standard along with a T90 C.
Yet 5.38 final drive ratio remained as an option through 1971.
The 1966-1971 Dauntless powered CJ was always an option and it always had a standard ratio of 3.73 with a 4.88 front / 4.89 rear option regardless of the transmission.

If not mistaken I believe all 1970 and 1971 Renegades had the 4.88/4.89 option.
