Help Id 11" Brakes

Cleaning out a bunch of stuff I'm going to sell, and I have several 11" brakes, but these are different. Not self adjusting, they have cams for manual adjustment. Also the hubs have the long section around the outside, that is early, I believe. What say the experts? Willys pickup? That's about the only jeep that would have 11" brakes in the 40's-50's?

 

Same 11” drums as a couple of my Willys Wagons. I have swapped these onto a CJ front axle decades ago with good results, for that era. That style hub was used up to the early/mid-50’s.

That hub is early d25. The eccentric adjusters on the cj2a are used as a heel toe adjustment and a feeler gauge was used to set clearance with a a slot cut in the drum. I hate them… I loved the bendix style 11” drums. Self adjusting and and “modern” in comparison.

 

I have similar brakes on my '41 Dodge, feeler gauge, heel-toe, all that. Yes, a PIA. Sounds like they will not be very desirable to sell. Thanks for the replies guys.

 

Wagner-Lockheed Willys truck and wagon brakes.
I have them on my '57 Willys stakebed (hence my name). When rebuilt and properly adjusted they stop just dandy.
