i finally got around to installing the powerlok i bought from a member awhile back. its for a dana 44 tapered rear axle. when i was trying to set the endplay i have .116" with both retaining plates on with no shims. i think it needs to be around .006". i do have the spacer pins installed in the powerlok cross shafts. any tips or suggestions?

i read that artical and the one on the powerlok and i still cant get the right setting. its like the spacer pins i got from herm are not long enough letting the axle shafts go into the housing too far. does anyone have measurment of the powerlok cross shaft spacers?

The new OEM buttons I have measure:
    3/4" overall length
    3/16" head thickness
    3/8" diameter pin
When I found them I only had access to tape measure, sorry.
