    Classic Enterprises sells a made in the USA lower cowl. with the step Willys Jeep Front Side Panel 1941-1964 or just a repair step Jeep Step Tread

    I used their panels when I rebuilt my tub and while not perfect they were better then the ones from overseas from what I have heard.
