Kinda cool....is it a 215?

Original "Nailhead", cool.
The 2bbl version is not as desirable as the 4bl high compression model.
You know u want it….
I love these engines. Still have several under the bench. If this has a manual flywheel, thats a scarce item. These engines are readilly avalable in the u-pull yards in Land Rovers up to the early 2000's, up to 4.6 liter. The Buick 215 is only 3.5 liter. Still a lightweight but potent little engine.
They are very light! I unloaded the assembled short block I bought from Fesser. Just kinda bear hugged it and walked into the shop.
I got nothing to put in, and am quite burned out on my current projects....I think it would be a cool engine in the right application, just not sure what that would be - maybe a VJ jeepster? Better than a L134 or F161, but not too much to overpower the remainder of the relatively weak components? One day I am going to sell my jeeps and buy a fast car.
Ive been saying that for years. I wish you better luck breaking the chain than I have mustered.
Don't do it!
I have 3 Jeeps...and a 400 hp Mustang
I did the opposite. I sold the fast car and got some Jeeps. Much more useful when you live on a gravel road.
I see no reason why both are out of the question
