    Just watch Peter Fonda try to turn his Captain America chopper around with about 60º of caster (it's called "rake" in motorcycle terminology). He has to back up twice. Much of the steering action merely causes the front wheel to "flop" side to side rather than steer. 90º caster results in no steering at all. At the other extreme, a unicycle has zero turning radius because it has zero caster (and zero wheelbase). It can turn around in place. Extreme examples, yes, but that's how to illustrate a point. That said, caster anywhere within the acceptable range on a Jeep will have no perceptible effect on turning radius.
