Buick V6 Fuel Line

    Guys I have a question for those who have put in a Buick v6 in to a flat fender cj. The tank has 1/4 line fittings and pump has 5/16 line fittings so what do you end up doing. Run 1/4 inch line or get a new fitting added to tank . help stuck ☹️

    I used hose nipples.
    McMaster-Carr

    got mine from Ace Hardware. A 1/4” and 5/16” and a connector in the middle

    If you are going to run flexible fuel hose be sure to get some quality material. A lot of the low price fuel hose is junk and deteriorates in a short time potentially causing a breakdown at minimum or a catastrophic fire.
    Fuel injected fuel hose cost more but is made to a better standard and then there is "submersible rated" fuel hose that is very resistant to gasoline.
