Got some new toys for the flatfender. Modified hummer rims, with some 37x14 Bias IROKs. About 115 lbs for a single wheel and tire

Popping the beadlock ring in, lube it up put the tire ontop and jump on the tire:

So who modified them and if you don't mind my asking for how much $$$. Did you have to buy the rims and then have them modified or did you just purchase it all in one deal?

I got the recentered rims with the inserts off ebay. They were recentered by USA6x6 - they were the seller. $400 for the set of 4 which is pretty cheap. Then I got some rebar rings from a guy on pirate, welded them around the outter bead lips and painted the outters to match my jeep.

Yup, saw your post over on pirate after I was done here.:)

That is dang cheap for those rims! What width and offset are the rims? I've allways liked the concept of the hummer rims double beadlock, but never the offset they had as well as being 8 lug. I allways thought it would be cost prohibitive to recenter them.

    9 7/8" width on the rims - I think
    3.25" offset

I ran hummer beadlocks on my old flattie. Got them from USA6X6 also. Daniel, the guy who runs the place, is very nice. And I agree with you Kevo - I thought they would be waaay expensive since they had to be cut, recentered, and the bolt pattern changed. Seems like I paid right at $400 also directly from them, but that's been a few years back, and it was without the beadlock inserts. At that time, they were an extra $40 per wheel.

Looks like you got a SMOKIN' deal Chuck!!! I like the green rings on them. Looks awesome.
