Leaf springs, Front and rear interchangable?

    Just what it says above.

    My rear springs are a bit bent, and a bit undersized for the weight of the hardtop. I see a set of 7 leaf front springs for sale in the classifieds.

    So my question is this: can I install a set of front springs in the rear? Are the lengths the same?

    length is different and iirc the locating pin is in a different location. I know front and rear do not interchange.

    That's what I though, but I've seen a few listing that list springs a "front/rear" which got me questioning.
    Thanks for the clarification!

    No, and even if the spring would be same lenght i wont do it because spring rating is not the same front and rear.
