If you get this down to where you are satisfied with the results, I'd be interested in at least one and probably 2. I would like a real nice original style for my Tuxedo Park rest and these look like they'd fill the bill.

Nice work so far. Pretty cool that you're doing this.

As far as the scoring and bending I figured something out. I cut a V groove In a pc of plywood. Laid the bend over it and used a mason chisel to tap a 45 degree score in the bend

Just a matter of bending, glue and clamp. I need to get a long reach stapler that will go thru this stuff

I'm thinking if I sell these to not put any of the screw holes in in case holes are off a bit, just place these in place so you can line up with the dash holes and screw right thru the cardboard. ??

Still trying to get it better lol. I'm anal

I'm interested, but shipping flat assumes everyone has the correct stapler. I would want my ready to install.

The biggest pain is finding a stapler that works, after hours online I just went to lowes and bought a cheap electric staple gun that shoots 1/2" staples, then I just bend them on the inside by hand. Works pretty good. Remember staples are just for originality as all the joints are glued
