As you may know the Willys PU truck series began installing the 6.00 X 16" wheels in the early 1960's.
These wheels were specifically intended for use with 7.50 x 16" tires.
Yet again: Kelsey Hayes was the manufacturer.
Note: these early Willys PU / FC wheels are not the same as later Gladiator wheels which are also 6.00 x 16".
These early (pre Gladiiator) 6" wide x 16" KH wheels have the disks rivotted to the rims and not welded like the Gladiator wheels.

Anybody have one to measure ?
As you know a KH wheel assembly consists of two main parts.
    The rim and the disk.
Because this is a 6" wide rim it should measure 7" overall width.
What I want someone to verify is the amount of "inset" of these wheels.
Or the distance from innermost portion of rim down to where the drum sets on the inner disk face.

Are the pickup/fc wheels different than the wagon? I've got a '60 sedan delivery with 16" rims, though they look like they may be skinnier than 6". If needed, I can get measurements for you.

Oh Ok.... sorry to tell ya this but Donny but 16" wheels were never used on SW nor SD models 15" only.
If you identify how the rim is attached to the disk portion, then I can likely tell you what your wheels belong to.
May need to see a pic of the disk and also measure how far from innermost rim lip down to drum face.
Measure overall width meaning rim outer edge to rim outer edge, if tire is not mounted.
