Rebuilding oem 10" rear brakes on the cj5. I cleaned up the old wheel cylinder links and am going to install them into new wheel cylinders...do I need to do any lubrication on the link before inserting them?

    thanks

I’ve always put a dab of white lube on each end.

I had the white lithium grease out for lubing the shoe contact spots on the backing plates etc, so put a little on the links as well. thanks
