Oh, and its Tracy's Service Center in milford, and I believe 817-3299 is the number, and Larry is the Jeep guy, but I don't think he has a whole lot for older parts.

Well I still have the 300 6 that came out of the 70 F250, so SOMEDAY the guy I traded with will hafta come back, hopefully with buick V6 in tow :D If not IDK what I wanna do...I'd like a more modern 4 cyl that turn up and make nice power, but don't wanna spend outrageous amounts on adapters. Tried to get a 96 chevy 1500 w/ a 4.3 yesterday, but the guy wouldn't take what I offered, LOL. But def. interested in the rear seat....And I called the guy here in Lincoln but he doesn't have anything for sale. I emailed this place, usedwillysparts.com, but haven't heard back yet. I think they're mostly for the trucks and such, but worth a try a figured!

too bad you couldnt weasle a motor out of him ...he was gunna sell me a tub i told him he could have the rest...it interested him doing that way might be something to look at.. and ya hes definetly a talker lol... the motors i saw were all in the jeeps still i pretty sure mabey not though cause i was more interested in the tubs at the time... lol as for a rear seat.. i have only found one in the state in elsworth i dont know if the guy still has it or not.. i was gunnabuy it for 50 bucks never got to it if you want the number let me know i will give it to you you can try him ..seat was in good cond.

I see the old guy in keag this AM.....holy frig don't get him going about coal and wood stoves, LOL!! Anyway, yeah, 4 jeeps he wasn't sure about because the parts are worth alot more then they are whole, a restoration in the garage, a bunch of rims under the snow, and no rear seats, or motors! So I'm headed back in the spring to get some rims, and hopefully check out the jeep in the garage. Nice guy, though, anyways...

I came home the back way today and hiway service is now Tracy's auto repair or something...I forgot the number :D But some one eyed guy named Larry is gonna call me if he finds any old willys parts. He said quite a few years ago he got a bunch of old army jeeps in orono but they're long gone now. Also has a couple V8 scramblers that sound interesting LOL...Anyway he said some Jeep nut from Waterville is moving in across the street at their old junkyard, so maybe something good will come of that. I still haven't made it back to keag yet but maybe this weekend.

im not sure where he lives his number is posted on the door down there....i used to have it but, i just looked in my phone and dont any more....hes got like a sort of thrift shop inside.. you could probably get an f head from one of those 4 jeeps. 3 that i looked at wernt too bad..considering they have been sittin a while and the one that is on the left if you are facing the build. is rough i didnt look under the hood though..

Does he live back across the bridge on the opposite side with a big silver and red peterbilt that says "Skids Express"? I know that guy sorta, and he had a couple old trucks in that big garage he was tinkering on a few years back.

ya thats the guy hes got a nice complete resto in the garage thts his.. and the rest are up for sale.. there is a total of 4 jeeps just outside i think.. plus the trucks tht are there last time i talked to him i was goin to buy one off his cause i had a 3b so they are defintely up for sale and parts ....

I think right here in Lincoln...he used to own an electric shop in Howland, and now works for WT Gardiner in their shop on the road to the interstate. I see on Rt2 someone pulled a bunch of old old trucks and stuff out just before you turn onto rt 157 in Keag, just past the wilderness park road. Last few times I was out that way it was dark, so I didn't see a whole lot.

sweet where does this guy live? and also there is a guy in mattawamkeag that has some jeeps out front of his place mostly cj2s and stuff but the motors and axles should exchange just an idea lol

Well I don't think it'll be too big of a deal....the guys at the tire place that hasta change them however...... :D I got a number for a guy who's into jeeps big time, so I'm going to give him a call and see what he might have good. I'll wait til next week when my taxes are back so I'll actually have some $ to get something though, instead of just wating his time with big talk :D Quite a few years ago he rebuilt a ford alternator for me and asked about ford 4 speeds, as he grabs everyone he can, so I'm thinking he should have something good :D Yeah, that was prolly 8 years or so ago, so hopefully he's been collecting!

ya i would try and find the regular rims easier to deal with. and the split rim is goin to be hard to find. i do know a guy near hermon you could try he deals with military motors. he might have one on hand. but i think you have to use tubes with them pain in the ***..

I was eyeing mine again and have 3 military split rims, and two regular rims, so now I need two of the CJ or one military style it seems....always something!!

ya hiway service closed up shop the owner sold it and the new owners i dont knwo what they are doing with it .. i did see some on ebay though not bad price unless your get orig equipment..

No dice on the jerry can holders at Silvers.....The guy Mike said someone called looking for an original for a truck restoration. Anyway, he mentioned red chinese made ones everywhere :D

I also tried HiWay service in Milford but nobody's answering the phones. They do have some older, prolly 70-80's era jeeps for sale, in pretty rough shape, but I don't know about parts.

Well I dunno, I might pawn it off onto the old man so I can have some extra $ for a wrangler or something thats already bigger and beefier. I'll ask the guy I got it from , though, because he gave me an adapter and bellhousing to hook up a chevy V8/V6 to the stock t-90....I believe he saod he had a buick V6 somewhere, too....Not sure when I'll see him again, but I'll ask about the radiator for sure.
