Wuze, you would need seem type of adjustable thermister to control the fan. Perferably a cutoff switch in the cab for water crossings and a relay wired to the battery to handle the current draw of the fan. I know there are wiring kits available here in the states to do this but I don't know if there are any in your neck of the woods.

Is there particular reason you want to replace the engine driven fan with an electric?

yes 2 reasons, first i want to add a litle power because the engine driven fan sucks power from the not so powerful 4 banger.
and second i want to turn the fan of when i cross deep water because the fan splash the water around.
