These were in my parts box. I don’t remember removing either one 10 years ago when I first got the Jeep.

    Drive shaft cover?

    Transmission mount? Where?

    Thanks

Those are for a Jeepster Commando with D20. The first part supports the bearing at the middle of the two piece driveshaft. I'm not sure exactly how the mount works but it is from the same vehicle.

The bottom one looks like the transfer case mount on A 1974 CJ5 with 4 speed transmission . I have one just
like it on My CJ5. Mine is broken , would this one be for sale?

    Thanks Mel.

OK, I am lost to figure out what this goes to. It was in a box of parts I picked up with a Jeepster. Any thoughts ? Gemmer box.jpg Gemmer 2.jpg

GEMMER made steering boxes and that's one. Not stock to Jeeps obviously.

Probably off a postal jeep, they used Gemmer boxes for RHD.

Thanks guys. Would this be good choice to swap out a ross box ? That's if I could figure out arms. Although I did fit it to a cast iron Saganaw box mount from a J truck I think and it fit perfectly. I wish I took a picture of the mount, but its the one that fits into the frame and gets bolted to the frame from above.

I don't think so, it's set up for the wrong side and you'd still have the drag link/bellcrank.

Thanks Howard. I will either throw it on ebay or find a way to use it on something else, like opening a secret compartment somewhere on the jeep.

That's the rare Tux rear fender reinforcement bar, it should be chrome... :D

Is it holding anything together?

New floor pans and floor supports are in. What is the large hole (3") in the drivers side floor for? I thought it was for the fuel lines but I see most folks go to the outside with Fuel lines. How do you seal that hole?
