    I wouldn't go by just 1 review.
I have used some Borgeson shafts and some you do have to modify to work. Ask questions before you buy ANYTHING.
Other companies do make replacement shafts.

One review is not much of a sample. If the purchaser bought it on advice from Borgeson, and it didn't fit, why wasn't it sent back? Especially if bought on Amazon, they have a very liberal return policy and will cover return shipping if the part does not fit.

They are generic in length. There is no issue with the Borgeson quality in u joints or slip joint. Simple instructions are included to shorten the slip shaft if necessary. Not a problem for any jeeper on this board.

I used a Borgeson shaft for the Saginaw swap on my 70 CJ
Obviously fit wasn't an issue since this was a custom swap, but it's a quality piece. I've had no problems with it.
