Volt Meter ???

    looks like mine is "right" by VIN it is a 59

    I believe running lights came to be with side marker lights, 68 or so with cars and 69-70 for Jeeps. Not sure why the difference.

    Could also be a PO's personal preference. I made sure mine were on at the first click and off at the second when the knob was pulled out.
