Alernator Wiring..?

    Voltmeter...I agree top install...…….
    The three light system would be easier to see in the dark, and a quick glance at what color day or night.
    Kinda like a " Rev Limiter Light " on a Tach. ( My racing days )

    Or just be sure to run it for a little with no load before calling it a night

    Marine shops sell simple colored LED bars for monitoring trolling motor charge status.

    I hope they do vary. I would have gone 3-wire but Powermaster doesnt sell one that is direct replacement for my Motorola bracket. If paying a lot of money is a precursor to reliable performance I should be fine. :shrug:

    I have a 304. I swapped a Delco CS130 into mine. I did have to shorten the steady piece to the block a bit, bit that's all..

    Maybe we have different mounts then. I'd have to do that and more to make that fit. Or, as Tim recommended, mill down the fulcrum ear. Instead I opened my wallet. Wide. Few problems cant be solved with money, good booze, or a gun. Come to think of it, also the source of a lot of problems. Oh well. Eggs, omelettes...
