Hi All, I have a pieced together 1950 cj3a with 134 engine. The Number stamped on the block by the water pump and at the base of the block where the oil pan seal goes is "K3273". I cannot find any list about engine serial numbers with anything close to this. The t90 is 1949, no frame tags... Could this be a reproduction block or am I just missing it.

    Thanks....

My guess, based on absolutely no knowledge about the subject whatsoever, is that that block started life as an industrial engine.

I think Howard made a good guess, sounds logical.

Many years ago, I pulled an F134 out of a military forklift, and a friend had a military generator powered by an F134, so these engines were used in more than just Jeeps. Howard's reply is spot-on!
