Probably an 8k but without the actual number, that isn't certain. I'm not sure how far back the stick on label went. The original Belleview version had a riveted plate IIRC. What is certain is that those were really decent winches.

“8000“ is the one number I can make out on the tag.
It’s listed at $350. If it’s still there when I have the money for a winch, I might go check it out and throw out a fair offer. I’d rather have that than a cheap new warn.

$350 is probably too high for that. Also, I can't see the brake assembly. That could be camera angle but it's something you should check out. I think about $250 would be a decent price assuming everything works. That might be a big assumption given how the cable is spooled------

Looks like an 5687, could be a slight variation of that. Bring some jumper cables when you go check it out and see if it turns take out the drain plug an stick a pinkie in there and see what you bring out. The cable could have been hand wrapped then put it the milk crate. All bearings, bushing, etc are avail, no hard parts are avail other than finding another parts winch. I paid $146 for a new motor off ebay so that would be a factor in price. I paid $200 for this one, then sold it when I found my Belleview for $80. Levers are avail from Herm. It is a fast winch.
