Buick 225 V6 Mystery Hole

    Does anything belong in the hole shown in the photo? Threaded hole in the passenger side of the block between the motor mount holes and the timing cover.

    I've seen some V6s with a temp sensor here, but mine is up on the intake manifold by the thermostat housing. Just wanted to ask the educated before I put a plug in it. Bought my Jeepster as a basket case and the engine was no exception.
