Not a Bantum looks more like half a CJ3A? Don't laugh, I'm thinking about picking it up...

Hehe yea. The guy told me it's water tight. Should keep the rain and bears out when I go camping. Kool thing is it has locking hubs on both wheels. I could unhitch and park it on a hill without chokes. 8)

i wouldnt do that, it will still roll. if there was a driveshaft connected to something then it would hold. I wouldnt want to see you lose the traielr down a hill... and it crack open for the bears to get the ice cream ;)

My jeep came with many spare parts including cj3b front end sheet metal. Other than the grill it's not really usable so I was considering making a trailer out of it...or maybe a smoker or beer cooler.

Well guys I just brought it home. :D The guy was asking $450 but I talked him down to $325. Not a song but worth it to me specially out here in California. It has a little table that you can attached to the side, interior light and hubs that do lock it up. PO told me that the dude who built it musta welded the hubs to an internal shaft of some sorts. Tracks like it ain't even there.

I will post better pics later. For now, I'm gonna go sit in it and drink :beer:  8)
