Shock Stud Thread Count

    Hi Guy's,

    I tried the forum search and found much information regarding the shock stud bolts except the thread count. I would like to replace the nuts on my 1968 CJ-5. The shock mounts are 7/16" on the top and 1/2 " on the bottom plate. I used a thread gauge and think it is 24 per inch but want to be sure.

    They are 1/2-20 or 7/16-20. Both are standard fine thread pitches.
