Welding Health Hazards

    ITLKSEZ Hope for the best, prepare for the worst

    We all know it has its dangers, but to what extent?

    At one of the larger fab shops I worked at, I had to read this and sign a form saying that I read and understood it before they would hire me as a liability release. I thought I'd post it up here.

    You could throw in the bit about brake cleaner and flame while you are at it. I started welding when I was 13 and did many brake and clutch changes and worked at several comercal sites. It hasn't bothered me yet. (Wheeze, Hack.)
