Set 1 from a mail jeep. 15x5.5 black

Set 2 15x5.5 white stamping on back.

Can someone tell me if they are jeep wheels? Thanks

    Yes, Brad figured it out.

They look right for intermediate wheels (not sure what year they switched). Earlier ones have 3 hubcap bumps and the "slots" are more rectangular as opposed to crescent shaped. Here is the same one of mine for comparison...

The white rims w/4 hubcap nubs are Jeep OEM and were used at least through the mid-1980's. I'm not sure when the 4 nub versions began, maybe with the AMC intermediate models. I can't see enough detail of the black rim to comment.
