Parts are cheap as S**** and all seem high quality. The brake master cylinder seems a bit cheaper than others but it's a Girling and they are known for quality parts. No testing done yet though so we'll see.

Brake booster and Master Cylinder Update.
Everything set in smoothly, my only gripe is that the brake booster and pedal assembly did not come with a pivot pin. Luckily I had one lying around that fit. If you're doing this in steps, be sure to make holes in the firewall that fit the 4 master cylinder/brake booster studs (there are 6 of them) and do not drill the two round holes out. They are not needed.

One of the unneeded holes is seen here. There is another one on the other side of the plunger.

Lookin good! Did the dealer have a part# for the firewall side backer plate?

Nope. Cant find one on the roxor parts pages either. Honestly though the backer plate on the cab side and dash mounts make everything stiff enough I'm planning on not running an engine side firewall plate for a while.

Does anyone have the part number for the brake booster?

Those parts are surprisingly cheap. I might have to do this.

I wonder how much work this would be with a 134 engine? I have the 134/T98 transmission. wouldn't it be weird to have the clutch and brake pedals on different pivots?

I'm working on a dana 30 now to replace my dana 27. the dana 30 has disks, so Ill need to get a booster, or a dual reservoir at the bare minimum.

It only looks weird. Doesn't feel weird. My 3B has stock clutch and swinging brake.

I thought someone on here did a hydraulic internal slave on a 134, no?

  16. Just ordered mine, we will see how it fits a 3b. I think I will have to mount it higher and not be able to use the steering column as a brace. I also only have ~12" between dash and firewall so i will have to cut some off and bend some new ears if I want to have the dash brace. Still easier than fitting an XJ pedal set (if i want a dash brace). I also think the brake MC is going to work great with the Tracker brake calipers.

You get your kit set into the 3B?

  18. I haven't even unboxed it yet, distracted with getting an SM465 in there, hunting season, and a 7mo baby.

Just found this. This stuff looks good and makes the choice to run this stuff easy. A lot less hunting in the bone yard and more time spent on installing. Thanks guys.

Looking at doing this conversion. I have disk brakes on the rear of my Jeep. Does anyone know if the rear side of the master cylinder have the 10lb valve that can be removed?
