Mounting Ramsey 200r With A Dual Master Conversion

I've started studying up on mounting the Ramsey 200R I bought. I just recently did Herm's dual master conversion and the space between the master and the engine/bell housing bolt area is very tight. I've been reading about the carrier bearing bolting there so my question is clearance. I have not yet found a pic of the drive shaft and carrier bearing with a dual master conversion. I assume it has been done, but does anyone have any pics? Experiences?

I have the same question as above. I want to do a disk brake conversion and need to put a Koenig king up front. Anybody have any experience it’s this. I guess if I have to run the stock m.c. I’ll have to.

Not sure on the Ramsey but on my Koenig setup with transplanted V-6 it is tight but doable. I have the R&P mc conversion and ran it also with stock single reservoir mc and it fit fine both ways. You may have to modify where the support bearing mounts though. I mounted mine off the engine mount.
With careful mounting and routing should be doable.

Not the greatest pics but this is my single master cylinder with Ramsey pto. Has the mount for the pto driveshaft off the bell housing. Hope this helps some. I’d also like to do the dual master conversion eventually.

Might have to extend the bracket for your carrier but as long as you don't have a u joint right under the master cylinder it should fit just fine.

I have a R&P MC conversion, no problem routing drive shaft past MC.. There is more of a issue getting the driveshaft past the bellcranck and cross member.

Having been under there a lot getting Herm's master installed, I'm afraid it's gonna be too close. The banjo bolts he supplies just barely clear the edge of the block where it attaches to the bell housing and that's after I had to grind some of the block 'ear' off. Looking at that third pic above, it looks like it will be going right where those banjo and lines go.

I'm gonna install the PTO and mock up the winch and just pull a string and see. Hoping to avoid a u-joint and angle.

This is in my future, except I have an automatic transmission that presents it's own set of problems.

I had a Koenig king on my '56 CJ5 and the stock MC. The PO ran the exhaust headpipe under the cross member and the PTO shaft cleared the MC with room to spare, even had enough room for an AA chain conversion for the linkage. You need to mock up or install the PTO gearbox on the D18 to see how you will need to route your shaft.

Mine had a two piece shaft and a support bearing bolted to the bellhousing bolt for support it was not a straight shot.
