    Hello

Since parts of a T14 are no longer available I might try to fit a T150 behind a kaiser cj5 buick 225

Is there someone with experience what adapter is possible?

    thnk you

Seems to me the Tcase main drive gear is the hangup with this. Some place like Liberty Gears can likely modify your D18 gear of choice by welding the center in it from the T150 version. Is it worth it? Maybe if the T150 was a really robust transmission but it isn't. For the trouble/$, go with a real 4 speed or find a bolt-in T15.

Goedemiddag meneer! As posted above the Novak site is a great start. I would imagine your options that side are fairly limited and shipping anything bigger than a postcard to NL from the USA is ridiculous now. I am curious though, since Rover used the Buick V8, do they have the same bellhousing pattern and would that bolt up? Are the t case drops the same as the CJ? Might be able to drop in the trans and t case maybe? I'm sure that would be a lot easier to find that side of the Atlantic.

The Rover V8 (if it is Buick based) has the same bell housing as the Fireball V6's. Good luck!

This is only true for the 1962-1963 198 V6s. The 225 that came in '64 was also called the Fireball V6. 225s and 231s use the standard GM BOP bellhousing which is different from the Rover V8/Buick 215.

Fireball, sorry I wasn't clear, I assumed that all Fireball V6's were 198's and all Dauntlesses are 225's.
