    Is a Lockright a "lunchbox" locker? Looks like an open differential case to me.

    Yep open case that replaces the original side and spider gears.

    its wither a lockright, a detroit EZ locker, or an aussie locker.

    I run them front (lockright) and rear (powertrax) in my cj, they seem to work well and hold up good so far. THey aren't always the smoothest though. THe lockright in front chatters and pops, but it works fine. THe aussie in my brother's wj's rear works much the same.

    All in all, they are a good a budget performance upgrade.

    I have the same combo in the same diffs on mine , no problems will stay locked till it falls over ,,,,,,don't ask. d30/d44 centered

    That's a lockright. I put one in the '64.
