Buick 231 Engine Specs

    I've did a search and looked in our tech. page, but I haven't found what I'm looking for.

    Would somebody point me in the right direction where I can find the engine specs for a 78 Buick 231 :v6:

    ie;
    horsepower
    spark plug type
    oil filter type
    oil capacity
    idle
    timing
    and etc.

    How about a Chilton manual for a Buick of that year and engine? It will have all that data in it. Not the best manual for repairs, etc., but it will give you what you're looking for. Or, google it.

    Looks like a chilton manual is the best bet, I've tried google but nothing is out there.

    105 Hp @ 3200 185 Lbs Ft @ 2000
    Spark Plug R46TS gap .040 12 BTDC STD 500 rpm AUTO 600 rpm
    OIL 4+1 Quarts
