looking forward to it... prolly my favorite part of the build is that tcase. that JB Fab tripple stick making it that much sweeter.

 

some mroe tube work tonight, started passenger fender

 

had a set of sliders that were gonna go on the DD, decided to hack them a little and use them on this TJ instead.









got the slider matched up with the angle of the tube fender... then added a gusset to the front of the fender







tack.... heat.... bend.... repeat







....and Sam knocked out on the couch :awesomework:

 

not alot tonight.... put the "leg" on the passenger side tube fender then added a gusset. fenders are about ready to pull back off, weld up, and skin.

 

Sammy went with me to pick up some more steel. got some square for building tranny and tcase xmembers and some skin for the tube fenders...

 

Your turn signals remind me of one of Madonna's costumes. Nice job on the fenders.

 

8.8 geared and locked ready to go under the jeep. will mock up shock and track bar mounts once its under the jeep.

got everything on the D44 minus track bar monts. not very happy with the uppers, prolly gonna cut them off and move them a little. FTW, I'm done tonight... plus I don't have any new stickers :fawkdancesmiley:

pulled the pass side fender tonight and worked on it some more...










gonna take some work and more stickers to get them to look as good as I did my CJ5 fenders, FTW :flipoff:



trimmed, sanded, and painted the grill, aux fan mounted, radiator mounted, and some mo stick'uhs FTW :fawkdancesmiley:
