Here is a pic of a Tux that I had with a factory installed Ramsey winch. As you can see no special mods. [IMG][/IMG]

One winch is an overwind, the other is an underwind so I suppose it would depend on the winch drum direction to determine where the fairlead would be placed.

That is a nice looking Tux! My guess is that front bumper was a custom fab, as well as the can holders on the back. Nice that it was all chromed to go along with all the factory chrome bits. The few pto winch Tuxes I have seen back in the day were above the bumper. Also, every 4 cyl Tux I have ever seen always had a right side-mounted spare, usually with a vinyl tire cover to match the top. That gate spare mount looks fabbed too, incorporating the original license assy. Its great to see the correct chrome Hall 701 lights on the rear.
As Cap-n-Cray say above, hang onto those side steps unless you want to sell them to me! I have never seen the steps chromed. Was that Tux Mk lll/Indian Ceramic thing?

Thanks. I will get some more pictures when I am off. The rear spare appears to incorporate the side spare mount, and I may put it back on the side eventually. It's in nice shape, but certainly not perfect. Bought it out west and brought it to Michigan. Nothing but high dollar rust in my area. I will snap some more pics of interesting areas and items and post them to a photobucket link when I can.
