That is what i would like to know, When I was buying the tub and front end they ( CJs) they told to make as many templates as possible, I have common sense enough to know where to the basic cut outs are. Still I thought thier might be an aftermarket template web site or something to make life easy,,,,,,To having to rely on accurate measurments,,,,,,,,Thanks I live in Cape Coral Fl

If the supplier of the tub didn't have the templates..........;)

Seriously, I've never seen anything on the web for that purpose. I had a one-pc glass front clip on my CJ5 and remember having to cut the headlight bucket holes and the grille slots out.

I made cardboard templates for the headlight holes since they weren't just round -- there are little flanges where screws go in.

Do you still have the tunnel covers? I made a template from my old tub for the heater, the only other holes were for the pedals, the wiring harness and the access covers.

Usually not hard to get on. We have occasional issues where the shared server we are on gets busy. We've considered the alternatives, and decided that we'll just live with the occasional inconvenience. If you get the server busy message, keep trying. Or go have a beverage, and try again later.

Dr. Stewart will be with you shortly. Do you have insurance?????? ;) :D

My '71 has a 225 V6... about 80K original miles. Delco distributor with Pertronix, Melling Hi-vol oil pump, Heddman headers, K&N air filter, Delco alternator... added power steering pump... everything else on the engine is pretty much stock.
As for the rest of the rig, not much "stock" left :D

I run a fiberglass tub. It was used when I got it so I didn't need to do the cutouts, it was already done. You going to rewire the rig when you do the tub? (Do it...) Painless and Centech harnesses are good, but check out www.ezwiring.com. Good harness, much cheaper. Take extra care with your grounds!!
