I have a '75 Cj5 and the engine out of a '84 Cj8. The 4cyl AMC 150. Does anyone know where i can get motor mounts for this conversion? Thanks for the help.

Try Novak: http://www.novak-adapt.com/ I'd call them, you can get the number from their site. You'll find them to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

Hi publius - you understand that the AMC 150 was never offered by Jeep until 1984? Most times swapping Jeep engines into Jeep vehicles from different eras isn't easy. It'd be a lot easier to use a 232 or 258 6 cylinder than the 150 in that Jeep. The 232 and 258 are widely available and cheap to buy and repair.

Yeah, I know Timgr, but I have the engine already and it runs great and does not have many miles on it.

Motor mounts from engine and the jeep it came out of won't work? Or can't be adapted for use?
