    Anybody running Utv tires on their jeeps. Looking for skinny r15 tires?

    Not DOT approved so not legal for street use, not load raided for this heavy of a vehicle, and will handle terrible on a leaf spring vehicle.

    How skinny? Interco sells some 15's that are 9.5" or skinnier.

    There are quite a few UTV tires that are DOT approved, including the GBC Kanati Mongrels I have on my RZR. Those are 10 ply and I'm sure they would run on a Jeep. Tread life is a different question.

    Learned something new. I didn’t think about the UTV’s since I don’t own one nor driven one. Longevity and ride quality would certainly be a concern.
