If so which did you use and how did you wire it up? I found my removed heavy duty solenoid cracked when it was removed from my moving box. Thinking about a contactor to replace it.

Not a Belleview but I converted my 8274 to a contactor many years ago. The wiring was straightforward and made more sense than the crazy four-contactor arrangement it had stock. Since mine had power-in and power-out I used a Superwinch 90-14452 contactor, which is a re-branded Albright DC88P. It looks like Superwinch no longer re-brands that part so getting one at a reasonable price could be a challenge in the US (they are made in the UK.)

As you know Albright contacters have a reputation of being significantly more reliable than a solenoid pack.

Same here. I found some online wiring diagrams that I must not have saved. Straight forward, reliable and much cleaner wiring.

I'm using a Warn Zeon 12 contactor on my 8274. Very similar to the posted Albright and may just be another rebranded item. Dirt simple to wire and I installed it behind the grill.
