Can I Put 33/12.5 15 On A 15x8 Rim?

    I think this has been touched on before, but I couldn't find the thread. So sorry for the repeat.

    Can I put 33/12.5 15 on a 15x8 rim? I've got 31/10.5 15 now.

    Yes.
    A 7" wide rim is just about ideal for 10.50 tire (that's what I run).

    Yes, 8” is just about the limit. I put a set of 33x12.50-15s on 7” rims and it was a bit unstable. And the amount of rubbing the springs was noticeably more.

    Another yes. I actually prefer 8" over 10" for 12.5's. Keeps the rocks away from the rims a little better and to date, have not yet lost a sidewall.

    I've got 35x13.5's on those rims! Poor mans beadlock they tell me.

    I just put these on my 6, they are 33x10.50's.

    I like the skinner look.

    This had 33x12.50's but they were on 10".
