Craftsman Paint Gun - What Do I Have

Hello all, in this picture on the left side, is a Craftsman paint gun that was given to me by an uncle. I've tried researching it but really haven't found any good info. After a lot of reading, it appears to be a clone of a Binks model 7. In fact the paint can is a Binks product. The part number on the gun is 283-18654. The air cap says GG3. the nozzle has a number stamp of GG53. Do these numbers mean anything to anyone? I measured as best as I could with my calipers and it appears that the nozzle is about 1.3 mm. I am going to clean it up and see how it works. The gun on the right I just picked up at Horrible Freight yesterday, it was on the closeout table. Out the door for less than $8. In fact I went back and bought another one. It has either a 1.8 or 2.0 mm tip, the box says one thing, the instructions another and there are no marking on the tip itself. I got it for a primer gun.
I've never used this sort of gun so it will be a learning experience. One thing I have noticed is what seems to be the importance of the right tip size for the gravity feed type guns, some people seemed obsessed with that subject. Doesn't seem that way with the siphon guns as much. From what I've read a lot of old timers (me) bought one gun years ago, with mostly one tip, and painted everything from battleships to model trains. Any input on the subject would be appreciated. Thanks.

Update: I tried to post the picture but I can't find the direct download tab, I will go ahead and post the question and work on the picture later. The HF gun is part number 43760 if anyone is interested.

Got some old siphon feed paint guns. Used them years ago, but now they are wall decoration in the shop. I have used the Harbor Freight spray guns to spray primer and paint and they seem to work fine. The HVLP guns do a much better job (High Volume Low Pressure) and put a lot less paint in the air and more on the vehicle.

To get sidetracked here a little bit, it looks like postimage is no longer around? The site is for sale.
Sometimes when I post a question I am able to attach a picture directly from my pc, there is a tab near the bottom of the page that says download or upload file....something like that, didn't see it this time. I never post any photos other than this site so I didn't want to use a 3rd party service unless I have to. Just another password and username to keep track of, ha. Anyway, if you see a picture of a Binks model 7, mine is nearly identical except it has Craftsman on the handle. The nozzles even seem identical except for the part numbers. I'm going to call it a 1.3 mm.

Binks Model #7. Got a few of them lying around in my shop. Used to rebuild them years back. They are siphon feed and use a lot more paint. They put a lot more overspary in the air. Now I just use the Harbor Freight guns until they quit working. Probably got 5 backups that I got to $8 to $12. Had maybe one fail because the plastic bowl cracked. They work pretty well. I always have some gun cleaner on hand and clean them well after use.

I just open up the picture in paint and resize it to 1/2 the size and save it then I can upload it.
