Quick trailering question

    Basicly I have a soft top, trailer the jeep with the top on or off or dosent matter.

    Done it both ways, and it doesn't seem to make any difference.

    However, if you have the top and/or doors off, take a minute to make sure that anything loose in the vehicle is secured.

    For gas mileage I noticed almost no difference in windshield up / windshield down. I usually tow with top on / buttoned up to protect seats and gauges from rain / bugs / etc. If the windows aren't in I've found that the top does balloon up though and I've had it detach from windshield channel.

    don't go faster than 85 or the top will blow off don't ask me how i know:rofl: But seriously just do a good job of putting it on and tensioning the bows right and you will be fine, I cruise for hours at 70+ mph and and only had it start to flap once when i didn't get the velco all the way down.
