i think this is a dj3a, it has no id plate or title from the owner. this is the best pic i have. it has the low cut doors, extended wheel base 101", 2a/3a grille, and the wipers are at the bottom of the 1-piece windshield frame. any input would be greatly appreciated.

The body looks dj3a to me. But it should have the same wheelbase as any flatfender jeep

4-lug wheels, 2WD and the single speedo hole in the dash are all items to look for in a DJ-3

Do all dj-3a's have windshield wipers mounted on the bottom of the windshield frame - like that one? Possibly its not original? The only one I ever saw - in an AZ junk yard - had what looked to be a normal cj-3a windshield frame.

    updated info....
still havent seen this yet but this is what i was told...hinges on the grille but comes with an extra grille so it may have been swapped at some time, no glove compartment, no id plates anywhere, spare mounts to the passenger side behind the rear wheel

    its official....frankenjeep!!

i didnt take any pics b/c it just wasnt worth it. i found the frame tag which had cj2a #11869. the frame extended, and the body of course too. hack job on everything and a plywood rear floor. if it were done halfway decently, i would of bought it.

he told me $900. i told him before i saw it my budget would be alot less than that and he still said to come see it. he also has a early cj5, a couple cj7s, one was a canadian military radio jeep, and a few m37s and a duece for sale.
