No change, same width. Should work fine.

    Thanks.
A friend gave me a back seat from a later model jeep and it was too wide.
I don't remember what model was the donor. The price was right (free) but unfortunately it didn't work. So, I'm out to buy one.

    Anyone got a recommendation?

Might have been from a TJ. They made the fenderwells smaller and the rear seat larger in the TJ.

I've got the Steel Horse fold and tumble in SSDutch and it's a pretty nice seat.

I have the bestop fold and tumble in my Commando, it's 34-35 inches across. Really nice seat too. I think they're about $300 at 4wd- PO bought mine
