I recently put Herms Dual reservoir master brake cylinder in my CJ2A
I also installed the painless Harness, where can I mount the Brake light switch? Is there a place on the Master Cylinder? It would be nice as my wires are already sitting in that area,I can't seem to find anything on this for some reason, Can anyone help?
    Thanks in advance

I moved this here to tech, figured you'd get a better response.
I'm not familiar with Herm's setup, on my single master there was a threaded hole for the pressure switch......is there not one on Herms, or can you plumb a Tee for it?

there is a hole on the bottom with a plug in it, would that work?
there are only the 2 threaded holes that go to frt. and rear lines on the side, but there is one at the bottom that looks like the same thread, it has a screw in plug in it, would that work?

I plumbed my firewall mounted master with a Tee so brake line hooked to one side and switch to other.......switch needs fluid pressure to work, not sure the bottom plug accomplishes that. Might call Herm tomorrow and see what he says

I would like to see a photo of how that's done, this is the last piece before I get to take this out for a test drive, then going back in the garage to start prep work for paint!

Jeepster commando's used the hole in the bottom of the master cylinder for the brake light switch. Should work fine. That's the way it was on the 69 jeepster I had.
