    Hello All,
Can anyone send me a photo(s) of their CJ5 ID plate? Roughly the 1955 to 1960 variety... I've got a 1958 and need to know what the orginal looks like; the plate with engine serial number on it. (Firewall)

Also, a photo of Voltage Regulator placement... right now the firewall is void of everything, and I'm putting it all back together... would hate to miss the placement of say the oil bath air cleaner, and get the Voltage Regulator in the way.
    Thanks! Joe in Jersey

    Thanks!!!
    Excellent link!!

Now if someone would happen to have a photo of the data plate (serial # for vech) I'd appreciate it... I plan to get a new data plate & the vendor I connected with does not have CJ 5 plates... so I'll get whichever one is closest to original. (1958 CJ5)
Not unless someone knows of a vendor that has (restored) CJ5 data plates for sale.
    Enjoy the weekend All! :tea:

Cool... Thanks for this, it's quite simple and I appreciate the "look".

I'll keep looking for a replacement, and a vendor who may supply "like new" plates.

If you find a good repro, please post the result. My VIN plate looks just like that, but in worse condition and I would like to get one to match. I haven't seen this particular style in a repro.

    Thanks Uncle Bill...
Robert @ dataplates4U.com has data plates for many Willys models, however not the CJ5 type.
If I come across a good supplier, I'll post it; and hope others will do the same, or if they already know of a reliable source.
    Thanks, Joe in Jersey
