Does OEM hardware work for Bestop Tigertop?

    Does OEM hardware work for Bestop Tigertop? Are the bars the same or different? I have 1 79 cj5

    I "believe" the parts are different. Did you look at the "replace-a-top"? They are supposed to be a directly replacement using factory hardware. Haven't used one myself so can't comment.

    There was a cheap tiger top available, that is why I asked. I passed it up, however. Thanks for the reply.
