For some reason I really like the color and the wheels on this one
Nice looking v6 CJ5, another one that the seller is claiming low mileage and priced accordingly.

Looks like a proper Jeep. Just a high price.

Now thats a use of color-matched bedliner that I can get behind. Besides, of course, the fact that I'm poor and I don't care about paint. At least not my Jeep's paint.

 

...... Very Cool. I had an Identical one . Paid 2K , back in '78. Mine only had 20K on the clock when I bought it . I miss that CJ

 

That is purdy. a nice example of a decent restoration. My guess would be it would take every bit of 15K to match this CJ

edit! The “S” is for smog! lol!

 

Its a pretty Jeep, but has a lot of work done. It has replaced (‘71 ?) front fenders, tail lights are raised up higher (original holes filled, as well as spare tire bracket holes), looks like the front floors have been replaced. It does look nice with the Raptor liner inside, if you’re into that. I am always suspect of whats hiding under the pretty paint.

You can get repop fenders with the reflector cutouts for a lot less than the earlier style.

 

Now that you mention it there is a big piece of sheet metal wrapped around the rear quarter.
