Do I add a little permetex form-a-seal between each one or just install them dry? Nothing was on them and I'm worried about throwing the pre-load off but it seams like a good place to let moister in. maybe the grease seals them enough?

I always put a super thin coat of sealer on them 'cause I don't like oil/grease leaks onto my brakes.

Yep. I use RTV (Ultra Black). Don't worry about the thickness upsetting your preload. It'll squeeze out all but what's left to fill any small voids.

I use Loctite 518. Very low build when trying to maintain a bearing pre-load.
