It sounds really strange, but I am driving myself crazy trying to find a supplier for chrome side steps (nerf bars) for my 66 cj5. Doing a full restoration and envisioned 3" round Chrome front and rear bumpers, with matching steps like smitty built makes. And for the 76 and newer, they are everywhere, but I cant find a single source for the earlier CJ5s. Anyone know where to find them?

These were popular about 30 years ago. I've pulled several sets off Jeeps over the years. Long shot, I'll look in my scrap heap to see if there are any there.

Keep in mind, One of the challenges with classically shaped nerf bars on an ecj5 is mounting the front end of the driver side tube to the frame. The clutch pedal and MC are in the way.
